This Python package automatizes the MLP training.

## Installation

`pip install .`

Installing the Python package adds the executable `automated_active_learning` to your environment's `bin`.

## Example use

`automated_active_learning -c qm-mm/input_files/mcl1-19G_complex.yml --no-append_to_data -o output_directory`
