Orthogonal Projection Approach on "3 Dimensions" (unfolded way)

This function corresponds to the 2nd interfaced window of Orthogonal Projection Approach on "3 Dimensions" (in an unfolded way) This second file allows you to enter parameters of ALS such as number of iterions, convergence criterion. It also allows you to decide whether apply constraints or not.

Inputs:
ModelIn: Structure for inputs (before modelling step)
ModelOut: Structure for outputs (after modelling step)
