function ModelIn, ModelOut = PARAFAC2Constraints (ModelIn,ModelOut);

Description:
This m-file allows the user to set constraints for the PARAFAC 2 model. Only constraints for mode 1 and mode 3 are available.

ModelOut: Structure for outputs (after modelling step)
